My friend was under a lot of stress for her NEET exams. She called me one night saying that she is too scared to sit for her mock test, fearing about the fact that she may get less marks. The only thing I did that night was LISTEN to her telling me about how she was feeling and I just told her one thing that "Be Positive!". We had a 3 hours long call but I had just said two words.
Next day, she gave her test and actually did really well. Later, that day she called me and said thanks for just hearing me out.
I agree. even if there isn’t a solution to the problem, just being there for someone is important & can help so much.
